Waterbourne Beach Festival – GWA World Tour

At Waterbourne we will be hosting the Tip Top GWA Wingfoil World Cup presented by Armstrong Foils. A first time for New Zealand and the Pacific, come and see what the worlds fastest growing water sport has to offer.
The GWA Wingfoil World Cup will include freestyle and surf race championships, taking place over 6 days of an 8 day wind window (March 4th-11th). This will be the first stop of the 2023 World Tour.
Come down to Mount Maunganui Main Beach to see the action unfold with some of the worlds best showcasing their talent.
Registrations will be open later in the year for the GWA World Cup. Entry to the long distance race will be available direct from this website later in the year also.
