Due to unforseen circumstances it has been necessary to move the dates for the 2013 Techno 293 Worlds to be hosted by SKZ, Sopot, Poland. The event will now run from Saturday 27th July until Saturday 3rd August. We have acted quickly to avoid any disruption to plans competitors, coaches and parents may be making.

The agenda and proposals for the Annual General Meeting have now been published.  Also available as a Word Document and PDF.  National Associations are urged to register their delegate or appoint a proxy.  Alternatively votes may be submitted to the IWA office via e-mail.

A limited supply of Techno 293 boards will be available for charter at the forthcoming Worlds in Marsala,Sicily.......( more )

The Notice of Race for the 2006 World Championships of the new TECHNO 293 Class is now published. The "inaugural" championship will form part of the established Junior, Youth and Masters Festival, and will take place in Marsala, Sicily from 3st July to 6th August. The event website will be added shortly; and full details of championship titles will also be annonced as soon as possible. You can register your pre-entry, and pay,online via IWA website.

The first New Zealand RS:X and Techno Nationals are being held at Takapuna Boating Club from Friday 27th - Monday 30th January.  The RS:X being the new Olympic Windsurfing Board replacing the Mistral and the Techno the new Junior board. ......( more )

RS:X Class announces A Summer Camp for 2013

Once again, Weymouth hosted the opening event of UKWA cup series and delivered a range of conditions to challenge the fleet. 

The UK Windsurfing Association AGM 2013 will be held During Cup 2, including a 1-hour Open Sailors Meeting.

The United Kingdom Windsurfing Association (UKWA) have established a windsurfing hall of fame. The first seven recipients of this award are windsurfers who have made a outstanding contribution to windsurfing here in the UK.
